What are your delivery times and fees?

We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Please see our shipping options and delivery times to your country in the table below:

Where is my package?

Once we've shipped your order, we'll send a delivery confirmation to you by email with a tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in our delivery confirmation email you'll be directed to our courier's website which will display the latest information about your delivery.

You can also see the status of your order and track the delivery status via My Account. Just click here to log in to My Account.

How do I make an exchange?

If you'd like to change a product, this is how to easily handle your exchange:

Please place a new order online and return the unwanted item to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the package is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging if possible and the tags must still be attached.

The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods without tags.

PLEASE NOTE. You are the customer who has the financial responsibility for your shipment arriving with us. Please note the package ID of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt and tracking number.

How do I make a return?

We want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product. If the product is not as you have imagined, you have 14 days to return it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we can make the change.

MANUFACTURING
All of our clothes are made in small quantities in Turkey. We know our suppliers well and have tremendous respect for the men and women who make our clothes.

FABRIC
All of our fabrics contain 100% natural fibers and are organic whenever possible. 


SIZING
All of our pieces are designed with the intention to last several seasons on the same child. We encourage rolling up the sleeves and pants when your child is on the smaller end of a size range so there’s plenty of room to grow. Please always check the sizing notes on the product page for information about the fit of specific styles. If your child is smaller or bigger than average please size up or down accordingly and if you are unsure of which size to buy, we are more than happy to help! Contact us at info@lillangorillan.com


CARE
We recommend washing cold and either hang or tumble drying.

For maximum longevity, our pieces should be washed cold and hung or lay flat to dry. We know all too well that special pieces accidentally find their way into the dryer; if this happens, just be aware that garments may shrink slightly. Corduroy and linen in particular get softer and wrinkled in the dryer in a lovely way but if you prefer a crisper look, we recommend hang drying or laying flat.

Our clothes can be ironed or steamed.


SHIPPING
We ship to the UK, US and most of Europe! All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Your order ships directly from us to you via Parcelforce. We offer free shipping in the UK over £75 GBP, applied automatically at checkout. We also offer an £8 flat rate for shipping to Europe with Parcelforce. 

We cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by your country and we are unfortunately unable to predict how long your package will take to clear customs. Please note that all our clothing is duty-free to member states of the EU.

If you need your order right away, please let us know and we may be able to provide expedited shipping at an added cost.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We can exchange unworn and unwashed items or provide store credit within 14 days of delivery for UK customers with an e-mail to info@lillangorillan.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders. That said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please write to us at info@lillangorillan.com and we will do our very best to help.

All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.


PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.


GIFTS
We love helping customers with gifts so please let us know if we can help you pick out the perfect item, at info@lillangorillan.com. We can also gift wrap and ship a package to the recipient’s address and include a personal message.
